Vision Eternel’s Echoes From Forgotten Hearts To Receive Deluxe Reissue For Valentine’s Day 2024
Vision Eternel’s never-properly released, 2014-recorded soundtrack/EP, Echoes From Forgotten Hearts, will see a Deluxe Edition re-issue on Valentine’s Day (February 14, 2024). The twenty-three-song Deluxe Edition will be released as a double-compact cassette boxed set and digitally through the Dutch record label Geertruida (which released the double-compact cassette of Vision Eternel’s For Farewell Of Nostalgia in 2020).
The release features all-new artwork by American painter Michael Koelsch at Koelsch Studios and Canadian painter Rain Frances at Rain Frances Art. The content was newly mastered by Chicago-based engineer Carl Saff at Saff Mastering.
The limited Deluxe Compact Cassette Edition boxed set is factory numbered and comes with an exclusive postcard and an eighty-page booklet that contains rare pictures and a novella which recounts (in detail) the extended play’s making, from its origin as a soundtrack, through all of its delays, cancellations, and limited releases over the years.
Pre-orders will be announced soon, along with an exclusive premiere of an unreleased song and a giveaway contest for a free box set! More details on the release are available from Geertruida‘s website.
Vision Eternel is still looking for a record label to release the Deluxe Edition of Echoes From Forgotten Hearts on compact disc and vinyl formats, so get in touch!
