Vision Éternel Signs With Abridged Pause Recordings

Vision Éternel is extremely proud to announce that the band is now officially signed to the independent post-rock and post-metal record label Abridged Pause Recordings. Abridged Pause Recordings is a relatively new record label which was founded by Alexandre Julien earlier this year, in February of 2008. Vision Éternel is part of the initial four bands to be simultaneously signed to the record label. The other three are; Ethereal Beauty, an American post-rock band with which Vision Éternel is planning a split 7″ vinyl (now announced to to be released on Abridged Pause Recordings), Dreams of the Drowned, a French post-black metal band with grindcore leanings, and Black Autumn, a German atmospheric/depressive black metal band active since the mid-1990’s.

Vision Éternel will soon have it’s own webpage on Abridged Pause Recordings’ website, along with a dedicated email address where the band can be reached. The split 7″ vinyl will go into production as soon as Ethereal Beauty records their songs. Abridged Pause Recordings can be found on Myspace and its website is currently being designed by Jeremy Roux, who recently designed Vision Éternel’s band logo.

With two EPs already out on Mortification Records and a compilation under way on Frozen Veins Records, Vision Éternel is one of the best established bands in the minimalistic movement of ambient/post-rock in this decade.
